Travelling by Plane?

Air travel is relatively smooth, however, occasional turbulence can lead to an unexpectedly bumpy ride which may result in a bout of travel sickness. Sit near to the wings if possible, as this is generally the most stable part of most aircraft. As with many other forms of travel, maintaining good ventilation is important in avoiding travel sickness, therefore, keep overhead vents open where possible.

Try to distract yourself to avoid any anxiety
brought on by experiences of previous trips, as anxiety can often lead to travel sickness. Listening to music or chatting to fellow passengers can all help to distract attention. You may also find tilting your seat back, resting your head on the headrest and closing your eyes helps.
